શાળાઓમાં મોબાઇલનો ઉપયોગ રોકવાનો સરકારનો પ્રયાસ : કેબિનેટ સચિવે ૨૭મીએ બોલાવી બેઠક :

કેન્‍દ્ર સરકાર દેશભરની સ્‍કુલોમાં મોબાઇલ ઝામર લગાવવાની તૈયારી કરી રહયુ છે. આ માટે કેબિનેટ સચિવે ૨૭મીએ માનવ સંશાધન વિકાસ મંત્રાલયના અધિકારીઓની એક બેઠક બોલાવી છે.

સુત્રોના જણાવ્‍યા પ્રમાણે બેઠકમાં તમામ શાળાઓમાં કાયમી સ્‍વરૂપે ઝામર લગાવવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાય શકે છે. આ બેઠકમાં માનવ સંશાધન વિકાસ મંત્રાલય, માહિતી અને ટેકનોલોજી મંત્રાલય, દિલ્‍હી સરકાર તથા રાજયોના પ્રતિનિધીઓ અને સીબીએસઇના ઓફીસરોને પણ બોલાવવામાં આવ્‍યા છે.

એક ઉચ્‍ચ અધિકારીના જણાવ્‍યા પ્રમાણે આ મુદ્દે અગાઉ બે બેઠકો યોજાઇ ચુકી છે. ત્‍યારે ઝામર લગાવવાનો મામલો માત્ર પરિક્ષાઓ સુધી જ સીમીત રાખવા ચર્ચા થઇ હતી. શાળાઓમાં પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન મોબાઇલ તથા તેની સાથે જોડાયેલા ઉપકરણો થકી પરીક્ષામાં છેતરપીંડી થઇ રહી છે. જો કે પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન મોબાઇલ કલાસ રૂમમાં લઇ જવાની પરવાનગી હોતી નથી. પરંતુ સ્‍કુલોની પાસે દરેક વ્‍યકિતીની તપાસ કરવાની વ્‍યવસ્‍થા પણ નથી હોતી એવામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ ઉપકરણોને પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન લઇ જાય છે અને તે થકી છેતરપીંડી પણ કરે છે.

અધિકારીના જણાવ્‍યા પ્રમાણે આ સમસ્‍યાનો કાયમી ઉકેલ લાવવાની એક રીત એ છે કે શાળાઓમાં ઝામર લગાવવામાં આવે. સામાન્‍ય રીતે પ૦ મીટરના દાયરામાં મોબાઇલ ફોન સિગ્નલને રોકનાર ઝામર ૨૦ થી ૨પ હજાર રૂપિયામાં મળે છે. શાળાઓ માટે તે લગાડવાનું બહુ મોંઘુ નહી ગણાય.

મોબાઇલ ઝામર લગાવવાથી પરીક્ષા ઉપરાંત બીજી કેટલીક ગેરરીતીઓ પણ અટકાવી શકાશે.

શાળાઓમાં મોબાઇલ કેટલાક દુષ્‍ણોને પણ જન્‍મ આપે છે અને તે સામે કેટલીક શાળાઓ પગલા પણ લ્‍યે છે પરંતુ બધી શાળાઓ પગલા લેતી નથી. શાળાઓમાં મોબાઇલનો દુરૂપયોગ ડામવા માટે હવે મોદી સરકારે કમર કસી છે. હવે આગામી દિવસોમાં સરકાર શું નિર્ણય લ્‍યે છે એ જોવાનું રહયું.

Gujarat State Examination Board going to conduct Head Teachers Aptitude Test (HTAT) on 31 August 2014 at various exam center around Gujarat. As you Know in last month GSEB invited online application form for HTAT Exam 2014. A huge number of candidate applied for this exam. Now they all waiting for their HTAT Hall Ticket Download from OJAS website. The Department will be published HTAT Admit Card Download Notification in Newspaper and website. You can view and download call letter from 26/08/2014 after 2.00 p.m from OJAS website. As soon as official website uploaded HTAT Exam 2014 Call Letter we will provide link to direct download. State Examination Board conduct HTAT Exam Every year to become a Head Teacher in Primary School. HTAT Exam 2014 will be held on 31.08.2014 at various center.
